What type of pets are permitted to live at The Dillon?
We are happy to accommodate residents with cats and/or dogs. Please note, however, that pet occupancy is limited to two (2) pets for each apartment. Contact the leasing office if you have questions about other types of home animals.
Are there any restrictions on dog breeds?
We welcome most breeds of dogs. However, for the safety and comfort of our residents and their pet companions, residency is limited to non-aggressive canine breeds only.
Are there any fees associated with my pet(s)?
Yes. There is a $400 non-refundable pet deposit, payable at the time of your lease signing. There is also a $20 monthly rent add-on for each of your pet companions.
